Served as Secretary Dayton Amateur Soccer League 1977,.wrote first constitution for that league, Served as President of the Ohio-Indiana-Kentucky Soccer Association from 1978 to 1990, during this period, encouraged the States of Indiana and Kentucky to affiliate with the USSF and sponsored them into affiliation. 1979 organized first area high school age all star youth team which we sent to England and Germany where they played a total of 11 games in different cities, 1979 organized the first youth tournament between two German youth Teams and two local teams 1989 appointed by USSF as chairman of the first Ad-hoc committee for Amateur division Insurance coverage Appointed as first SRA for Southern Ohio by USSF, Certified as USSF Referee in 1969 attaining State Referee Grade, officiated Amateur, Youth, High School College, member of NISOA. Certified with ASL professional league and did two games on line before they folded. Founded first local USSF affiliated referee organization, fought for and obtained certification from the Ohio High School Athletic Association to allow our organization to be the exclusive organization to officiate high school games.
